Do you combine technical expertise with genuine enthusiasm? Do you share our passion for the structural engineering side of architecture? At OSQB, you can do what you’re good at and what you love doing. If you’d like to work as part of a close-knit team and help bring ideas to life, we’d love to meet you.
As a rapidly growing firm, we are always on the lookout for experienced architects, engineers, BIM modellers and technical draughtsmen who want to help build strong, well-thought-out projects. Discover our vacancies:
CYCLE AWAY
Need to pop to a building site in town? Fancy a quick cycle to the shops or your sports club this afternoon? Our super-cool OSQB bikes are ready and waiting for you.
BREAD & SANDWICH FILLINGS
Eating together strengthens team spirit. That’s why we provide a selection of bread and sandwich fillings every lunchtime — with plenty of opportunity for conversation, ideas and discussion. Would you rather bring your own lunch? That’s perfectly fine too.
A PLEASANT WORKSPACE
At OSQB, we believe that a pleasant environment is the foundation for productive work. That’s why we provide ample space, high-quality tools, ergonomic design and soft lighting — everything needed to work comfortably and with focus.
ART IN THE OFFICE
Inspiration fuels creativity. That’s why you’ll find art in the office at OSQB — visual stimuli from other creators of beauty, designed to help you recharge your batteries and spark new ideas.
CONSTRUCTION BREAK
We work hard all year round, so we make a point of taking time out to recharge our batteries. When there’s nothing going on at the site, we’re happy to take a break.
WORKING FROM HOME
Depending on your role, you may sometimes be on the road more often than you’re in the office. In that case, you can easily work from home — although we’d of course love to see you in the office regularly.
CAR FOR TRANSPORT
Do you prefer to travel by train, but occasionally need to drive to the site? Don’t worry: we’ll provide a car for journeys like that.
