The building is constructed entirely as a steel structure anchored to foundation piles. The building, which is 45 meters tall, must bear enormous loads due to the equipment installed within it. This is because of the silos at the top, with a total weight of 1,380 tons, and the counterweights at the bottom, with a total weight of 1,840 tons. Since the mobile weighbridges must be calibrated regularly, specific minimum deflection and deviation limits apply to these floors.
