The current Hotel Sir Plantin on the Plantin-en moretuslei in Antwerp used to serve as a hotel and resting place, but had fallen into complete disrepair due to its long vacancy. To make the building suitable for hotel operation again, an extensive renovation was needed. OSQB was responsible for the coordination of all works, the design and follow-up of the renewal of the techniques.

There are both double and family rooms at the hotel, which are divided into different types according to their own color and accent. The common thread throughout the building is the art of the Flemish primitives. The paintings define the atmosphere of the different rooms. The rooms are limited in size but were luxuriously and tastefully decorated. They were provided with all modern comforts. There was also a completely new professional kitchen equipped with a cold and hot kitchen, dishwashing area, refrigerator and freezer and associated storage areas.
