The LBL Master Plan project outlines a comprehensive vision for a 160,000 m² project site. To support the future expansion of industrial activities on the site, the project is exploring potential production methods that take into account the site’s existing land uses. The expansion plans include, among other things, an additional dough room (Dough Room 3), a high-bay warehouse, production halls 4 and 5, production hall 6, and staff facilities (P4bis, P1bis), as well as a parking area. These new additions are carefully designed to harmonize with the architecture of the existing production buildings, with the use of concrete sandwich panels ensuring a consistent appearance.
