On Geuzenveldenstraat, we are developing a comprehensive project consisting of 8 multi-family homes, 1 office building, 18 patio homes, an underground parking garage, and extensive green spaces. The regular arrangement of the buildings creates a large central space, the “Ágora,” with well-defined paths winding through the park. The goal was to develop a cohesive urban area in which the existing buildings, new blocks, and green spaces form a unified whole. Each block has a rectangular footprint of approximately 730 m² and is located along the edges of the lot, thereby freeing up maximum space for the design of the new green spaces and the centrally located social plaza.
