The “Weispoel” project is part of a BPD (Basis Plan for Development) drawn up by the municipality of Kruibeke, with the goal of extending the “green lung” of the Bazelse polders into the village center.
Along a number of newly constructed roads, the client, “Immpact Vastgoed,” has initiated the development of four apartment buildings with a total of 113 units and an underground parking garage, situated around a rural park area behind the Wisselkerke retirement home in Bazel. A varied mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom unit types has been built. OSQB was engaged to manage this project from the building permit application through to on-site supervision.
