Weispoel: Res. Ysengrijn
Res. Ysengrin, like the other buildings in the subdivision, consists of a mix of different types of apartments, 1 or 2 bedrooms, standard or duplex. To make this archetypal design convey an optimal experience, the living spaces of the duplex are located under the roof and the bedrooms one floor below. Each floor thus has terraces that are lived in, a plus for the social quality of the environment. Each facade also has a number of exterior terraces. This blurs the idea of "back facade" and "front facade. In the green environment, each side is equally valuable.
