Vacancy: BIM Manager

Location: Antwerp

Employment Type: Full-time (freelance basis)

Are you a digital strategist with a passion for construction technology? Then this is your chance. As BIM Manager, you are the bridge between design, engineering, and execution. You bring structure, knowledge, and innovation to our team — elevating our projects to the next level.

Your role

• Develop and oversee our BIM strategy and processes.

• Ensure collaboration between architecture, structure, and technical teams.

• Establish BIM protocols and standards, maintain templates and libraries.

• Coach colleagues, lead workshops, and perform quality checks.

• Represent OSQB externally as the BIM expert.

What we expect

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Construction/Architecture or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of experience as BIM Coordinator or Manager.

• In-depth knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, etc.

• Structured thinker, coaching leader, and strong communicator.

• Fluent in Dutch; French/English is a plus.
