Are you a skilled draftsman who gets a thrill from drawings, bills of quantities and specifications?

As a BIM Modeller for MEP Services, you enthusiastically take on the drawing and modelling of tender and execution files.
You are the one who, using Revit/BIM, translates all the calculations from the Building Services Engineer into precise technical drawings.

As a BIM Modeller for MEP Services, you will:

• Enjoy interpreting sketches from the Building Services Engineer.

• Be responsible for developing a BIM model based on the engineer’s sketches.

• Maintain Revit office standards (both internally and externally in collaboration with architects).

• Prepare specifications so they can be delivered on time.

• Accompany your colleague during site inspections and follow up on action points and the necessary drawing work.

• Ensure smooth communication with your colleagues.

What we ask:

• You hold a diploma as a Construction Draftsperson. Other diplomas are also welcome, provided you have sufficient practical experience (we love to be surprised!).

• You are a creative draftsman with solid technical knowledge and interest.

• You work efficiently, meet your deadlines, and have a sharp eye for detail — accuracy could be your middle name.

• Programs such as AutoCAD 2D and Revit hold no secrets for you — and if they still do, we’ll provide the right training together.

• You are customer- and results-oriented, and you’re willing to go the extra mile.

• Taking initiative and responsibility is second nature to you.
