Stability study: our approach
Based on the architect's initial sketches or preliminary design, we make a pre-dimensioning of the structural elements (columns, beams, floors and foundations). This allows the architect to proceed to refine the design. We continue to consult on a regular basis to answer the architect's questions regarding structure and stability.
As soon as the structure is finalized and the plans take definite shape, all structural elements are calculated and worked out in detail. The tender file consisting of formwork plans, reinforcement plans, specifications and measurement sheet is drawn up and passed on with an eye for detail.
We advise the architect and the client in the analysis of the price offers for the structure in order to achieve an optimal balance between price and quality, always in function of the intended final result. After the start of the works, we are the first to check the reinforcement before pouring the concrete foundations, beams, columns and floors. Only an excellent result passes our inspection
Upon request, we are happy to visit the site to discuss the structure or check the reinforcement. We also accompany the architect and the client during the provisional acceptance, should there be any outstanding issues regarding the structure. At the end of the structural works, we hand over our as-built file.

- CLASH CONTROL: Good clash control is important to make the cooperation on site between the various disciplines as smooth as possible. Therefore, together with the engineering technician, we coordinate the structure and technical installations.
- PROGRESSIVE ESTIMATION: Keeping a good eye on budgets is not a given. That's why we are happy to help with this exercise. Starting with the preliminary design, we draw up a cost estimate that we refine each time during the final design and tendering process.
