Daily activities

If you are only interested in certain parts of project management, we can discuss this together.

• You discuss the project with the client and propose solutions depending on the discipline.

• You calculate and design the technical installations for buildings (HVAC, sanitary and electrical systems), using software such as Trimble BIM and VABI.

• You supervise the draftsman working in Revit (or AutoCAD).

• You have the opportunity to follow projects from start to finish, within a defined schedule and construction budget.

• You carry out site inspections and negotiate with all involved parties on-site.

• You ensure clear and effective communication.

You won’t be working alone — you’ll be part of a team, and we will support your professional development through training.

Your profile

• A degree as a (Civil) Engineer (or in construction).
  But! Other degrees are also possible with sufficient practical experience — let’s talk about it.

• You have knowledge of calculation methods and standards for various building services installations.

• You can think in solutions when faced with technical, architectural or structural conflicts.

• You are familiar with standard software packages (Excel, Word, etc.).

• Taking initiative and responsibility is second nature to you.
