This project includes a co-housing project aimed at over-55s where people can live privately, but also live and share together if they feel the need.
A compact building consisting of 7 one-bedroom flats and 1 two-bedroom flat with additional large communal areas where people can meet is envisaged.
This property is an example of ecological and sustainable living and puts 'community' at the centre.
