Due to the move of the headquarters to Ghent, a renewal and renovation of the site is required. The project consists of 4 elements; the preservation of the historical valuable buildings and elements, the demolition of the 1990 annex, the evaluation of the historical importance of the building construction and the optimization of the new construction volumes.
