Newbuild project with 5 luxury flats and underground car park next to the old 'le lion' brewery buildings at 49b coebergerstraat in Antwerp. The spacious flats (2 to 3 bedrooms) are designed with privacy and a spacious outdoor feeling as the foundation. The south-facing rear façade recedes per floor, creating spacious and walled terraces with limited views. The penthouse has a large partly covered roof terrace with green roof area and planters for ornamental shrubs.

Design: OSQB in association with KROS architecten

Involvement: Design Architect, Executive Architect, Structural engineer and Study Technical installation.
