KROS in collaboration with ABSCIS Arch. The vision for the overall look and master plan was developed together. Then ABSCIS architects worked out the apartment buildings and KROS took care of 107 homes.
This renovated residential site in Sint-Amandsberg will eventually become a residential neighborhood with 107 new housing units. The objective is "to build passive modest adaptable houses and very low-energy apartments in a pleasant green environment around a central park with attention to good architecture, sustainability and balance between individual living and 'living together'.
