Project Weispoel: Bazel A

The 'Weispoel' project is part of a BPA drawn up by the municipality of Kruibeke, with the aim of allowing the green lung of the Basel polders to penetrate into the village center.
Along a number of newly constructed roads, the client 'Immpact Vastgoed' initiated a 4 apartment buildings with a total of 113 homes and an underground parking garage, located around a rural park area behind the Wisselkerke rest home in Basel. This involved building a varied mix of dwelling types with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. OSQB was engaged to take over this project from construction application to site supervision.
