Vakantiepark Hoenderlo (NL)
The design for the vacation park in Hoenderlo consists of 80 houses and villas of different typologies. In the green landscape of the Veluwe in central Netherlands, there is a 4-hectare site that is being transformed into an ecological and human-centered vacation park. The entire implantation is worked out in layers defined by privacy and puts the harmony between man and nature first. The deeper on the site seen from the parking lot, the more privacy. The homes closer to the parking lot are the group homes for families, opening onto common plaza with play equipment. Deeper on the site, the distance between the homes becomes greater and the housing volumes smaller. Thus there is an oasis of calm in this part of the park.
