To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Project Architect — someone with leadership skills and a warm heart for teamwork, who can make a difference both technically and organizationally. Someone who is strong in content but also a natural point of contact for colleagues, clients, and contractors.

Your role

As a project architect, you are the pivotal figure in our projects. You translate the vision of the design team into a feasible, high-quality construction project and guide the process through to completion. You are the first point of contact for designers, clients, contractors, and internal teams. Thanks to your experience, you maintain oversight of planning, budget, quality, and regulations, and you know how to make the right decisions at the right time.

Concretely, this means:

• You coordinate projects from A to Z — from execution plans to completion — while monitoring quality, budget, and planning.

• You lead site and coordination meetings and maintain constructive relationships with all stakeholders.

• You supervise construction sites, ensure quality, safety, and timing, and think in solutions when challenges arise.

• You prepare details, specifications, bills of quantities, and technical files in collaboration with engineers and consultants.

• You mentor and coach junior team members and actively contribute to knowledge sharing.

Who are you?

• Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer-Architect, registered with the Order of Architects.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management within the execution phase of medium to large, complex projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and execution standards.

• Experience with Revit (BIM) is an asset.

• You are a strong communicator, client-oriented, and a coaching leader — you inspire and motivate others.

• You work methodically, purposefully, and with attention to detail and progress.

• You take responsibility, make decisions, and think proactively.

• You are eager to learn, value open dialogue, and believe in collective intelligence.
