Employment Type: Full-time (freelance basis)

Ever find yourself on a construction site thinking, “How did they solve that?” Then you might be our next Senior Technical Engineer. You’re the mind behind the technical puzzle of every building — ensuring everything works smartly, sustainably, and efficiently.

Your role

• Design and calculate technical installations (HVAC, plumbing, electricity).

• Discuss projects with clients and find the best solutions.

• Supervise draftspeople and review technical plans.

• Monitor construction sites, ensure quality, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders

What we expect

• Degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering (or similar technical background).

• Knowledge of calculation methods and installation standards.

• Problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.

• Experience with Revit or AutoCAD is a plus.

• A team player with initiative.
