We are looking for a Senior Project Architect who stands strong, leads projects with vision, and guides their team with warmth.

Your role

You are the central figure in the construction process. From design to completion, you ensure that every project aligns technically, organizationally, and humanly.

• Coordinate projects from A to Z, monitoring planning, budget, and quality.

• Lead site and coordination meetings, maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.

• Translate design ideas into executable plans and think along with creative and technical solutions.

• Mentor and coach colleagues, sharing knowledge enthusiastically.

What we expect

• Master’s degree in Architecture or Civil Architecture, registered with the Order of Architects.

• At least 5 years of experience leading medium to large projects.

• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and regulations.

• Experience with Revit (BIM) is an asset.

• A strong communicator, solution-oriented thinker, and natural leader.
