Administrative officer - invoicing Clerk wanted!
Are you a master of numbers? Do you know the tables of 10 by heart and are addition, subtraction and multiplication child's play for you? Then we are looking for you!
We are looking for a part-time or freelance employee (maximum 2 days a week or a few evenings) to manage our invoicing.
Your duties will include checking our timesheets weekly to see which projects have been completed and can be invoiced. You prepare the invoices and submit them to our business manager for approval. After approval, you handle them and send them to our customers.
If there are questions about the invoices sent, you prepare the answer and discuss it with our case manager. You then follow this up with the customer.
For the post-calculation of projects, you collect all hours spent per discipline and draw up a clear overview of the costs incurred, which you present to the business manager.
Together with the business manager, you keep an eye on the time spent on projects. If a project threatens to go into the red, you sound the alarm.
